There will be a minimum of 4 games scheduled for each team.
Most schedules will either be Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Monday. Friday games may begin as early as 5 pm.
Midget U16 and H.S.J.V. teams may be schedule in the same division.
Midget U18 and H.S.V. teams may be schedule in the same division.
This is a stay to play event and all hotel rooms for all participants must be booked through our hotel process. Failure to comply could result in forfeiture of games or disqualification. The price range for hotels for this event will be $109.00 - $169.00. Once you submit your application, you will have access to a complete hotel list and you will be enter all of your choices and the list of people that need accommodations.
Please be reminded, that if your team is traveling by plane, motor coach, or any method requiring payment reservations should be made that can either be cancelled, are refundable, or can be transferred to a later date without penalty.
