We will be opening our 2020-21 events per instructions from U.S.A. Hockey. Our refund policy under the current circumstances, as of July 1, 2020, is as follows: if the states, province, or country where your hockey association or club is located issues a shelter in place order for the time period of the event you applied for, your team will be entitled to a full refund or the option of moving to another event later in the season. If the state or country where the tournament is being held issues a shelter in place order for the date you registered for, your team will be offered the option of moving to another event in another venue that same weekend or another event later in the season.
Furthermore, if it is determined that your state, province, and or country is experiencing a rise in infection at a rate that indicates that there is a lack of containment, we reserve the right to cancel your entry into a tournament and your team will be entitled to a full refund or the option of moving to another event later in the season.
Any circumstances not covered in our current covid refund policy, will be addressed on a case by case basis. Should conditions change, moving forward, we may need to update this policy to meet those changing conditions.
